appointments can be cancelled up to 72 hours free of charge.

Clients will be charged 20% of their treatment cost for late cancellation under 72 hours.

clients will be charged 50% of their treatment cost for late cancellation under 48 hours notice.

clients will be charged 100% of their treatment cost for late cancellation under 24 hours notice.

clients will be charged 100% of their treatment cost for not showing up to an appointment.

please arrive to your appointment on time. if you are running over 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will still be charged 100% of your treatment cost.

lash appointments MUST be scheduled every 2-3 weeks. if you come in for an infill with less than 40% lashes remaining you will be charged for a fullset. please ensure all aftercare advice is followed to get the best results.

all services are NON-REFUNDABLE.

if you have an issue with your treatment received you will have up to 48 hours to contact me - post treatment, to get this free of charge. anything after this period, you will be charged for the fixings.
